The helicopter pilot and owner of the aerial film production firm Black Ops Aviation told CNN that she’ll be joined by a “great group of females.” Talk about raising the bar of a girl’s trip; Sanchez aims to make it celestial! Jeff Bezos has undoubtedly inspired his girlfriend as the tycoon flew to the edge of space on the first crewed flight of Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket ship with his brother Mark Bezos.
Bezos also penned a heartfelt note on Instagram to mark the momentous occasion, ‘Ever since I was five years old, I’ve dreamed of traveling to space. On July 20th, I will take that journey with my brother. The greatest adventure, with my best friend.’ Lauren Sanchez spoke about her impending trip to space with her group of great girls during the same interview in which Bezos revealed plans to give away the bulk of his $124 billion fortune to charity during his lifetime. Bezos took his brother along. Sanchez has chosen the company of a “great group of females” for a space trip planned in 2023.
