Some father-daughter time is always good! And enjoying the same was Bill Gates, who walked down the red carpet with his daughter Phoebe Gates recently. The duo sashayed down the aisle at the Time 100 Gala in New York City. Phoebe, aged 19, is the youngest of his three children that Bill has with his ex-wife Melinda French Gates. While the former wore a pink mesh gown from Fendi x Versace’s ‘Fendace’ collection paired with clear stiletto sandals, the Microsoft co-founder made quite an impression in a classic black tux.
However, it was quite literally daughter Gates who stole the limelight. Her dress was embossed with the letter V and the Fendi symbol, and was first modeled by Naomi Campbell during Milan Fashion Week in September 2021. It was matched with straightened hair, dangly gemstone earrings, two strands of diamonds draped around her neck, and a diamond ring. On her face, Phoebe donned a nude lip and dramatic winged eyeliner. Beaming with happiness, Bill Gates was all smiles while posing with his daughter for the paparazzi.
Inside, the duo was seen taking a selfie with Marc Benioff, the co-CEO of Salesforce, at their table. Commenting on her appearance, Phoebe also took to Instagram to note, “So honored to attend #Time100 with my dad. I felt so inspired by all these change-makers. Glad @simuliu finally got my dad to try bubble tea.”
Well, the Gates made quite an appearance together, didn’t they?
