‘In pioneering an entirely new luxury category for prestige rums with its award-winning products,’ Dictator is all set to launch the 5 decades collection in association with Richard Orlinski. It aims to celebrate five decades of the French contemporary artist and is a one-of-its-kind assortment of rums for spirit as well as art connoisseurs.
It will include limited-edition sculpted bottles designed by Orlinski that are inspired by his signature subject Wild Kong. Each of the editions will be available in five exclusive colorways [Silver / Red / Black / Gold / Blue], with 25 pieces hand-painted and signed by the artist himself.
Doubling as an artwork as well as a decanter, the collaboration marks the first time within the rum category, has been wholly encased within an artwork. As for the rum encased within it, it comes from finely aged and personally selected 1966 / 1976 / 1986 / 1996 / 2006 casks and has been blended by Dictador Distillery Master Hernan Parra.
