Unlike Dell, Indian Billionaire Mukesh Ambani refuses to be in denial about his love for luxury and is building a 27-story Mumbai skyscraper that promises to eclipse previous records for the world’s most expensive homes. The tall residence christened Antilla is luxury personified and is rumored to have unique spaces, with no two floor plans being alike and using different materials on every floor!
In The UK, another Indian billionaire has no qualms about flaunting his lavish lifestyle. Steel magnate, Lakshmi Mittal ’s luxurious mansion in the posh Kensington neighborhood that he purchased for $124 million screams extravagance. The 12 bedroom abode is furnished with exquisite Turkish baths and a garage with parking space for 20 cars!
Another UK resident, Russian-Israeli diamond magnate Lev Leviev also owns one of the most extravagant homes. Christened the Palladio, this 17,000 square foot manor outside of London, which was bought for $65 million in 2008, boasts a bulletproof front door, a gold-plated pool, an indoor cinema, and a hair salon!
With such luxury homes equipped with the best of amenities, who needs to go on a vacation.
