What you’re looking at is a stunning new superyacht concept developed by Anthony Glasson of design studio M51 Concepts and is claimed to be inspired by the iconic Le Mans racecars from the 1970s. Called Project Le Mans, the 90-meter superyacht features a sporty design characterized by a sleek profile and smooth, clean lines that will remind you of the aerodynamic racing machines that used to light up the legendary Mulsanne straight on fire in the ‘70s era.
Despite being inspired by classic racecars, the superyacht concept looks thoroughly modern from bow to stern. The superstructure is decked out in a three-color paint scheme with white as the dominant color. Additionally, the exterior is also adorned with a racing stripe that flows over the top and center of the vessel.
The interior of the Le Mans concept follows a futuristic theme with an eye-catching combination of gloss black surfaces paired with natural wood and copper and stainless steel highlights. Capable of accommodating up to 12 guests, the concept’s layout includes a master suite, two VIP cabins, four twin cabins, and a pair of cabins for crew members. The superyacht features an internal elevator that provides quick and easy access to all of the decks and other parts of the vessel.
The upper deck has a 12-person outdoor table for al fresco dining, while the main deck features a counter-flow swimming pool. Additionally, the sundeck has a large Jacuzzi outside and a dancefloor on the inside. Other amenities include a touch-and-go helipad, a high-tech gym, and a private cinema. The large tender garage can house multiple toys and tenders, including a custom tender featuring the iconic Martini racing livery.
