The Arte Surfside sold the home by Antonio Citterio to an unnamed buyer. Arte’s codeveloper Giovanni Fasciano in a statement, “Cryptocurrency is the future of wealth, and we believe this is only the beginning. Arte has set a precedent for what these sales can look like and how fast they can occur. We’re proud to have laid the groundwork for this new, burgeoning world.”
While the mode of payment has paved new ways, the penthouse in itself is a beauty that deserves its fair share of the limelight. For $22.5 million in crypto, the buyer has got himself a home that boasts indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a rooftop tennis court, a gym and yoga studio, a sauna, and a steam room. The exclusive boutique condo was designed by the Italian architect and industrial designer Antonio Citterio.
