Great inventions arise out of inspiring concepts. One such extraordinary concept not worth missing out on at this moment is the Migaloo private submarine superyacht. Featuring a 115-meter long, 11-meter wide, and six-deck body, the Austrian yacht design firm conceptualized motion code: blue. Exclusively designed to cater to the growing demand of the deep-pocketed water-borne clients, this private vessel will effortlessly sail between both the worlds – above as well as underwater without compromising on style and function. Inspired by submarines and offering a state-of-the-art experience akin to the megayachts, it will submerge to travel or stay underneath the water for complete privacy. The Migaloo boats of a longer and wider custom-designed tower host a light-flooded main saloon followed by a wide staircase including a central round elevator shaft. The sub-yacht also is designed to accommodate 8 VIP suites, a private-full-beam-quarters for the owner, lounge areas, sunbeds, a bar, an 8 by 3 meter-pool, as well as a helipad on the aft deck.
When submerged under water all furniture will be stored in large storage underneath the granite decking. Even the bottom of the pool will rise up to the main level of the deck.
Watch out for the foredeck designed to respect the owner’s privacy and include lounges, a private bar, and private access to the 2-level-owner’s suite directly underneath.
Other features that will rise out of this conceptual submarine megayacht are – a spacious sun lounge on top of the tower, a cinema room, a library, a gym, and a gaming room.
The telescopically extendible roof will provide shade and be closed when the owner prefers to dive with the yacht.
Named after the world’s only albino humpback whale that travels up and down the east coast of Australia, Migaloo is designed to reach a maximum depth of 240 meters.
