Attention all ski lovers, Land Rover has revealed a new limited edition version of the Range Rover Sport custom-built for skiers. Behold the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Deer Valley Edition which is based on the Autobiography P530 trim level and limited to just 20 examples. In case you’re puzzled about its name, Deer Valley is a major ski resort in Park City, Utah and the British manufacturer chose the same location to unveil the limited edition model. As you might have guessed, most of the special touches received by the Deer Valley Edition are restricted to cosmetic changes. Starting with the exterior, each of the 20 examples is finished in the same shade of Deep Gloss Vermillion Red finish contrasted by black accents.
Other distinct visual elements include 23-inch SV gray satin wheels with carbon accents. Although, another set of wheels and tires for winter is also included in the package. Furthermore, the special edition gets a special ski roof box mounted on the roof. As far as the interior goes, the cabin features two-tone Cloud/Ebony Semi-Analine seats along with carbon fiber inserts and panels. The cabin design and layout remain unchanged from the version it’s based on. The door sills are etched with “DEER VALLEY EDITION” and “1 of 20″ to set it apart from the rest of the line-up. Under the hood is the BMW-sourced twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 which is capable of churning out 523 horsepower.
“The Range Rover Sport Deer Valley Edition is for those who appreciate a modern expression of luxurious alpine life,” said Joe Eberhardt, CEO of Jaguar Land Rover North America. “We are proud to introduce this ultra-exclusive vehicle to our guests at Range Rover House Park City, an ideal location to showcase the style and capability of the Range Rover Brand.” As far as the pricing goes, the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Deer Valley Edition can be yours for $165,000, which does not include the mandatory $1,475 destination fee. But the price does include two custom sets of Hinterland Skis, which are available for $2,450 per set on the company’s website. Additionally, Land Rover will also donate $5,000 from each sale to the Youth Sports Alliance.
