Is it a fridge? Is it television? It is a Samsung Family Hub refrigerator with a massive 32-inch touchscreen display. Time spent in the kitchen will now be laced with entertainment. It will make cooking, meal planning, and grocery shopping a fun and easy experience. The Bespoke Refrigerator Family Hub Plus takes the tedious out of the cookbook and lets users watch videos. It single-handedly allows the control of SmartThings-compatible smart home devices, posting sticky notes, scrolling recipes, or viewing family photos. The refrigerator comes packed with oodles of entertainment as the free Samsung TV Plus service permits users to watch nearly 190 TV channels in the US or around 80 channels in South Korea via the Samsung TV Plus app.
In tune with the current trends, social media content like TikTok and YouTube Shorts can also be enjoyed in the same space. The picture-in-picture mode plays videos within a floating window so you can scroll fun content and order groceries simultaneously. For those who only prefer to view Instagram on their smartphone, the space can be used to display artwork and paintings using Samsung’s Bespoke Atelier app.
We also know the Family Hub Plus backs Amazon Your Essentials service to order essentials through a widget on the giant 32-inch touchscreen display. Per Verge, Samsung has not disclosed any other specifications, pricing information, or a release date for its new Family Hub refrigerator. The refrigerator will be showcased at Samsung’s CES 2023 booth in Las Vegas, USA, from January 5, 2023.
