The suite features 12-foot ceilings and offers 9,038 square feet of living space along with four corner terraces. The $28 million property also spots a staff residence at the adjoined 26-storey, east building.
The building has as many as 210 residences across the two towers, while the hotel is at the bottom 20 floors. 85 percent of the property has already been sold off.
