It is admittedly surprising that Selena has managed this feat, as the 30-year-old has had an on-again, off-again relationship with Instagram. She was ruling the roost earlier, too, but decided to take a break from the platform. She was the most followed woman on Instagram in 2016, beating her BFF Taylor Swift. In 2017 the reign continued with more than 130 million followers till 2018.
